I have just received a call at 530pm from her office stating that they closed me out as a patient because I went to get a second opinion. They said my daughter called. I don't have a daughter. I have severe anxiety and pre diabetic and currently have I think a bronchitis. I had an appointment for tomorrow, and they just now told me I can't come see them. I have been with Dr. Yousuf for over 10 years. I have always found her to be professional, extremely knowledgeable of current medical updates, proactive in her care, and she has excellent follow up in the care of her patients. I’ve received phone calls after work hours many times, as needed, to assist with my care. I have referred numerous friends & family members to her, who are still with her. I recommend her to anyone in need of an excellent primary care physician.
Dr. Yousef is very thorough and knowledgeable and cares about your health. Her nurse practitioner is also. They are an excellent team. Highly recommend.
