My husband and I both were patients of Dr. Yousuf for quite sometime. She is an excellent Dr. Her staff, however, has quite a turnover, and never seem to have their act together. We've have issues getting test results in a timely manner, for issues that were serious. We've been sent for bloodwork more than once, and arrived and the lab had no prior paperwork or instructions, even though the office assured us they would provide that. She's nice but a little controlling. Won't take 'no' for an answer. She gets angry when the patient doesn't do what she wants.
