Initially, the experience was good when there were only a few patients. However, after the practice became busier, the doctor seemed more focused on documentation and referrals than on patient care. The visit felt very brief and impersonal, without even a physical examination — only communication through the glass-enclosed door. Worst experience ever I took time off of my job to get my health check only to have a receptionist call me an hour before my appointment to inform the doctor is not available today I had to reschedule for a later date after I rescheduled for the following week I took time off again from my job and again the day of the appointment the receptionist called an hour before to tell me the same thing she told me last week “doctor not available “ very unprofessional and if my life was depending on this institution I’d be dead by now... read more
Very good service and very good treatment
The doctor is great but the appointment time is a mess. They make you wait more than 2 hours even if you scheduled the appointment right after the office opened.
Scheduling is a mess! If you’re trying to be seeing on a timely manner don’t expect to get seeing more than an hour. Honestly I would have preferred to read the comments. My appt was at 1:15 and it is now 2:15. I have flu like symptoms and there isn’t a tissue for me to clean my nose. In addition to that they don’t test for flu or strep. She has at least 6 other patients in the inside waiting room. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional on her part. Don’t bother making an appointment.
