I have had good experiences here before so I decided to called up to try and find any Subaru gearbox with a specific final drive ratio. I explained that I am doing a conversion and need a gearbox that didn't come in my car. The guy on the phone kept saying 'what year is the car' over and over again. He continued to say the same thing till I told a year, he proceeded to wait 10 seconds and said no luck and hung up instantly. Can’t do simple task that was asked, I’ve had to call up 3 times in 2 weeks just to get a seatbelt. Still no seatbelt
The team have been amazing, from the first point of contact they have helped me. From collecting my keys from my home in the goldcoast, then collecting my plates from my car in NSW and returning them to me again in the goldcoast. With not having a car anymore I was quite concerned. Breaking down in a different state has not been great, but the team have made everything easy. I highly recommend!!
