Called to try and get an emergency appointment, asked if they had any late appointments available as my daughter was in surgery and knocked out a tooth, the receptionist asked for a time, I said I'm not sure on time but asked what was the latest, she got abrupt and said to call around then and hung up on me while I was trying to explain the hospital hadn't given me an estimated time my daughter would be out of surgery 🥺
Our family have been visiting this dentist for over 14 years .. cannot recommend enough... Friendly, best service and trustworthy!
I recently went to Murwillumbah Dental Practice for a second opinion on dental work that I required. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with kindness and courtesy by the lovely Lowana. Dr Lakshman explained my options & what needed to be done. Amazing awesome team. My 6 year old nailed her teeth examination due to their amazing team. She felt comfortable and safe. Highly recommend
All the nurses are happy and professional, particularly Terri, Jill & Luana … The Dentist was informative and fixed my tooth in a timely manner, which cost less than I’d anticipated. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thank you, what a wonderful team 🙏🏻
