I wasted a whole day in town. They didn't do the work
I’d have to agree with other clients unfortunately. No consultation or dialogue to let you know what’s happening - I waited two weeks without a vehicle, no explanation given, trying to organise getting kids to school. ‘Matt’ never once answered the phone and the workshop is always closed with the ‘out on a call’ notice up. Didn’t even do the job I’d asked for in the end. If you value your time, money and your vehicle, give this lousy business a wide berth
