We later discovered that the documents he drafted named himself as both trustee of her trust and as her power of attorney following my father’s death. Kevin helped my elderly mom with her estate planning documents since she recently moved to the area from out of state. He was very kind and professional. I highly recommend him for any estate planning needs.
We purchased a home and hired Kevin Murtha to review and guide us on the purchasing agreement. After closing, we realized that a few conditions of the Seller were not met per the agreement and asked for Kevin's guidance and to respond to them as the advising attorney hired for this agreement. Kevin disregarded us and wouldn't even take a phone call....... Our experience with him felt unprofessional and we would not recommend his firm as a service that does not stand behind their work.
