I'm very happy to have Dr. Sekandari as my primary care physician. I feel secure in knowing that I am receiving the best care possible from a truly dedicated and committed doctor.
The Doctor is incredibly amazing as she spends quality time explaining everything in detail so I can understand what is going on Medically. Additionally, she provides resources and information important for my care. She goes above and beyond to get approvals from the insurance companies on important medications I need as far as to appeal the decisions in a timely manner for me when the insurance company does not want to approve. Dr. Sekandari is lovely. However I had an issue with a staff member. I have an ongoing case open with Epic the EHR software providers. There are massive mistakes in my allergy list. I let the staff know this when I went in for my first and ONLY appointment, and everything was fine. I called in to Dr. Sekandari’s office with a medication question and got an MA on the phone who looked at my allergy list and began arguing with me over my supposed allergies. Dr Sekandari is great! She listens to my health concerns no matter hiw much I agravate her.. lol. I trust her absolutely with any medical conditions I may have. Its comforting to know that she is there for me, and accessible if the need arises. I'm very glad that she is my doctor!
