They are fantastic builders
Murry Development has no regard for anyone after the sale. These are pictures of Murry employee vehicles and sub contractors parking on the wrong side of the road causing traffic hazards and totally blocking the road. When approached the said that the road is not ‘commissioned’ yet and they can do what ever they want.
My wife and I bought a home in Woods Edge in 2014. Decent town tome..however the plans of a large rental community to be built 200 yards from our property were never revealed by Murray’s realtor. After rentals were built a drainage issue caused water problems in our home and homes around us. A large rain garden (drainage ditch) was dug behind our home. We were told the rentals and “rain garden” were always part of the plan. In our hearts we know it was never revealed during the purchase process. Wish it had turned out better... read more
