This service is set up to trick patients into paying very large cancellation fees I'm new to the service, I had to cancel an appointment, I tried to contact them via phone and email before the cancellation time. I wrote this clinic about a profound misdiagnosis of a critically ill child over a month ago. They asked for 28 days to look into the matter. The 28 days have come and gone, they still haven't responded and not once have they reached out to see how the child is doing.

Private practice doing their best to claw all the money possible out of long term patients! Beware!!! Late to start first appointments and unprofessional.....
