As a customer, I was told that I needed to hurry up and complete my brochure. I was taking too long with the graphic designer. "Excuse me, what do you mean by that?" I am a customer who has spent a lot of money on my products. Mr. Murr spoke to me as if he was doing me a favor. He spoke to me as if he were speaking to a child and not an adult.
