Unprofessional, I left the office crying felt unheard by a doc.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Murrieta Valley Surgery Associates was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. After six months of working to get insurance and another six months preparing for surgery, I was shocked when they called me the day before my procedure to demand a $240 "facility fee." When I asked for an explanation or a receipt, they refused to provide any documentation or clarity about what the fee was for. This place is a joke. I waited for 2 hours just to see the doctor. Not a single apology, update or explanation was offered. Once I saw Dr. Mac I learned she doesn’t even perform surgery, a robot does. Under no circumstances would I trust the incompetent staff or their robots for surgery.
One of the worst office regarding rude and unprofessional staff. Dr owen is my Dr and Carole the lady that scedule people for surgery is one of the worst people. Bad customer service. Obviously they do not care about their patients. Please stay away from this office.
This office is soooo nice and Nicole and dr wang are amazing great people I would recommend dr wang for sure 😊🙌🙌🙌 she’s careing and wonderful and cares a lot
