I came to see Rick because of these Google reviews. My interactions with him lived up to the testimonials and then some. I believed I needed a full transmission rebuild, but we discussed the situation carefully and thoroughly. After some analysis, and a test drive on his part, we agreed to try simply changing the transmission fluid. This solved the problem that I was experiencing. Had good experiences for a long time then he abandond a fuel injector job could not put any more time in it. gave vehicle back in original condition, and has freezed me out on even simple trans work. Weird. always says too swamped, doesnt grow his business to meet increased demand. Found other great shops..
