I used to come here with my family for years. Today I came and the front desk receptionist is extremely rude. She needs training or to be fired. The minute we came in she had a horrible attitude. I would not suggest this place if she’s here. Her name is Zion. And honestly she just needs to be fired.
Everyone there was so nice from the receptionist checking me in all the way through the medical assistant to the Nurse practitioner!! They were very thorough and didn’t make me wait in the back for more that a few minutes, like most urgent cares do. I’ve always had to wait for at least 10 -15 minutes once called back. This place was able to take care of me and also administer a shot for my severe pain in my back and hip. To top it off the med tech was so gentle giving me the shot. All in all ,a Great urgent care!!
Love this place the staff the nurses and Dr are very nice and I'm always treated with respect.
The best Doctor in the world
Total Care has always been good to us. My daughter is Special Needs and they are so kind to her..I don't know why they have a bad rating. 5 Stars!!!
