I had been going to Murrieta Modern Dentistry ever since they opened. I had an experience a few years ago where they tried to upsell an expensive optional treatment that was not necessary to which I declined and was made to feel guilty for declining. I thought about finding a different dentist at that point, BUT there was a hygienist that used to work there that my kids and I really loved. I scheduled a cleaning exam and polish the they tried to poke around and told me there hygienists wasn’t their try a different dentist this one isn’t honest and doesn’t care about your time
Shelby is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She is so thorough and spends so much time cleaning your teeth.
Not for me. Upon meeting the dentist, I explained I'm a very basic patient. I wanted a basic cleaning and x-rays and mentioned an on and off issue with an existing crown. My teeth are in great shape, no issues. I've had cleanings every 6 months since I was a teenager (I'm mid 50s) and the only reason I left Crossroads was that they no longer accept our insurance.
