Unfortunately, I never was able to see what their service could provide for my car. I called and was quoted a $185 service fee for them to come out today between 10am -12pm. No one showed up and I didn’t receive a courtesy call stating they were running behind or providing an updated ETA. From the reviews I was looking forward to having them look at my car, because they seemed like they knew their stuff. Since I am in a time crunch, I had to contact another mechanic. I called jim and he was able to come out the next day he showed up on time diagnosed my bmw and told me my alternator was bad he swapped it out the same day definitely will be using murrieta mobile mechanic next time I need.
