We applied a few months ago and they were very unprofessional. We were told that we would have an answer after max 48hours. A week later we still were without any news. They kept saying we didn't send them the papers they were asking while we actually did, and all the time were asking for more stuffs. They also were very rude, suggesting we were lying to them about how many people were going to be living.
