The staff is pleasant and welcoming and wonderful the office is clean Dr Martinez is a wonderful doctor

Dr Martinez is a great Doctor. He listens and explains well, but front office is horrible, they don’t care about the urgent need to see Doctor Martinez for a serious symptom. All they say is the earliest appointment would be about 3 months later. A 79 year patient with sclerosis, scleroderma, and progressive arthritis, front office should be more caring and have a better understanding and attention

I don’t know why front office staff can’t just try to be nice and helpful to people…it’s like we ruin their day by calling in to ask our questions. I called to asked about getting a referral and got snapped at and told “we don’t just hand out referrals without an appointment” (I never asked to get the refferal without one) She proceeded to tell me with an attitude that they didn’t even have appointments until way into November anyways. I called the office around 9am on 08/21/24 and the woman who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was a new client and wanted to schedule a consultation she offered November dates and when I asked what would I do if I get sick prior to that date she offhandedly said “go to the emergency room or get another provider” if I could give this office 0 stars I would. Hope no one treats her as rudely as she treated me. Will be changing to a different doctor.
