One of the gal is very rude, I will be changing my doctor. Nobody has time to put with pathetical receptionist
Me and my wife are Dr Jorge Martinez patients and have always been treated very well and is very knowledgeable. Exception of a former gruf and dismissive employee who is not longer there. When pharmacy ask for authorization of a medicine refill they take too long to return authorization, too much office personnel rotation!!
The staff is pleasant and welcoming and wonderful the office is clean Dr Martinez is a wonderful doctor
Dr Martinez is a great Doctor. He listens and explains well, but front office is horrible, they don’t care about the urgent need to see Doctor Martinez for a serious symptom. All they say is the earliest appointment would be about 3 months later. A 79 year patient with sclerosis, scleroderma, and progressive arthritis, front office should be more caring and have a better understanding and attention
