I have never bought a vehicle so fast from a dealership. Alexis didn’t play any games with me. I told her what truck I was interested in, she gave me the keys. I drove it, I came back and we crunched the numbers. Was more than fair. We agreed. Paperwork was ready 5 min later. I was driving home 40 min with my truck after I arrived. I have a 2024 Terrain denali that JUST turned one year old and 11000 miles... this morning my engine light came on and my GMC app told me it was my engine cooling system. I had to get to an appointment and grabbed my mother's car. All the way there and back I was a nervous wreck thinking the worst about what could be wrong. I called Murrey and they said they could see me by lunchtime! They called by 3pm and let me know they had the part ordered and would have me back to new the next morning!
