My partner had to have a device removed from her chest. From the moment we met Dr Murrell, to the surgery, to the follow up, he was wonderful. He was very clear and precise about the whole procedure from the day we met him to surgery and even during the surgery to come out to me and explain some things. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and everything. He’s the best.
I called this doctor's office to inquire into getting my ears cleaned. I explained that I am immune compromised and asked very politely if the doctor would please wear a mask since the doctor would be centimeters away from my face. Not only did the doctor to refuse to wear one, I was also told the doctor required that I remove my own as well as he could not look into my ears with a mask on.
