Normally have a great service from my surgery Drs and receptionist very helpful and accommodating. Not today!! Needed strong pain killers but because I didn’t call dead on 12.30 nurse was here, said no appointments for doctors call, call 111 or surgery again tomorrow. I truly don’t understand what is happening to surgeries and hospitals (I have worked in both) and always tried to help a patient out. May be just a bad day. My husband usually orders his prescriptions via the NHS app and they go to the pharmacy. Sometimes one of his medications 'drops off' his list and then he notices he's short of it and we have to go in and have discussions with the staff to try and get it put back on the list and ordered quickly! Dr Aslam himself is lovely but trying to get to see him is hard!
