Very Satisfied As usual, I had a great experience getting used tires put on my BMW. It's rare to find such good customer service with such low prices nowadays, but I will continue recommending Murray's to friends and family as there aren't many places like this around anymore. I've been coming here for tires since I started college at NC State in 2004 because my Dad referred me since he took his vehicles here when he was in college at NC State.
Purchase of used tires Planning to turn a leased car in September and I needed tires and wanted to NOT BUY NEW AT NEW PRICES.....I called three dealers, the first one did not answer, the second said we do not inventory tires. I asked, "what does that mean"? I then called Murray's and talked to Rock who said you come on out here I am sure we can fix you up. Awesome! Blew out a tire the other day and was in desperate need of a new one. Being a college student, I couldn't afford the $80 other places where trying to get me to pay. Someone recommended Murray's so I stopped by. Granted, it did look at little shady (I'm a tiny young college girl!) but everyone there was friendly and nice. They looked like they were doing some renovation of their waiting area, so it was a little cramped. Chris and John (sp) helped me out. Great place! Good place for used cars. Very friendly and helpful staff. The place is always busy, and might have to wait for sometime before your turn comes. But once your car is in, it's just a couple of minutes. I got a used tire which was almost new for a very low price.
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME/UNPROFESSIONAL/MISLEADING I called Murray's to see if they had 4 used tires in the size I needed for my car. I was told that they indeed had 4 available. I drove all the way from Chapel Hill, get there, am told AGAIN that they have them but will need to wait 15 - 20 minutes for further assistance. Thirty minutes later I am told that no they don't actually have my size tires. There was not an apology or explanation as to why I was told twice that they did have them in stock. Great Service!! Great service at an affordable price!! This was my first visit, In and out.. Shawn S was friendly and knowledgeable, management was courteous and professional!! I will definitely be using Murray's in the future..
Hunny stop here we need Tires I go to Murry's so much they all know me by face. We have a janitorial cleaning service and they service my fleet of cars. We are true believers that a family owned company makes you apart of there family with the service you receive and the extra mile method.
