Placed a lumber order for delivery and ordered some wrong pieces, they made it right without hesitation and swapped out the materials. Took good care at the delivery site as well. Placed second lumber order and same great service.

Rona web site is the worst I have come across. Tried to get info and pricing for products on their site with no avail. I can't believe how bad it is. Will go to another place for what I need. Never again
