I had a bad interaction with their employee and now their manager is demanding I remove my rating, this is rather disturbing behavior. I have my proof of interaction and that's all I need and to demand removal of ratings feels like online bullying and furthers my initial terrible feeling I got from dealing with this company.
I called in and received a rude and dismissive response, maybe because i wanted too much detail and they are uncomfortable with that, I don't know. I wont be going with them or recommending them. I am keeping my anonymity due to their employee sounding aggressive and I'm afraid of retaliation now.

Murray did some very satisfactory work on one of my properties. I hired him a second time and Chris completed the required work however, there was some issue as to the time/cost it took to complete that work relative to the expectations discussed beforehand so I’ll be using other plumbers in the future.

Final bill from my new guy and the System is fixed .. you neaver in any consultation say you pressurized the system and checked for leaks .thats all that was required to determine next steps and parts required... give me a call happy to work this out with you and amend my review but its on you to make it right... not the clent....Had these guys come out a couple times to work on my walk-in co... read more
