Worst experience ever with Murray Bus Services 🚫 I had the most disappointing and frustrating experience with Murray Bus Services on my recent Sydney to Canberra trip. I arrived at their Sydney office at 10:05 am, having just missed the 10:00 am service. I immediately rescheduled (and even PAID for it) for the 12:00 pm bus. Have had multiple negative experiences with this company. Every time I’ve been I see numerous people get caught out by their extremely restrictive ‘flexible ticket’ policy. Many people expect that a flexible ticket departing from an airport would cover a flight delay but this is not the case. They could easily improve this with clearer advertising during booking, but I suspect that forfeited tickets are a significant profit source. I booked two seats for myself so I could travel comfortably, but instead I was given some of the worst seats on the bus. 1D and 1C, My legs were sore and squashed the entire trip, which completely defeated the purpose of paying extra. Could you please explain why this happened, and how you plan to make sure passengers who book two seats actually receive the space and comfort they are paying for?
