Appalling customer service. Due to public transport issues I called to request to change the service I was booked for 35 minutes in advance of the scheduled departure. Customer service was utterly inflexible. I have used the service countless times and can't believe no discretion could be applied. Your company policy is dreadful. I will be using flix bus from now on.

The young women at the Sydney Mascot Murray's coaches work hard and efficiently. Today they managed to fit me in early using my flexible ticket to get me home before the 40 degree heat in Canberra. Happy respectful and quick on their screens this team makes for a 5 star experience.
Bad day and bad experince: I am a frequent traveller from sydney to canberra. I have been travelling through Murray for nearly 1 year. Never had issue until today. I had missed the 7am bus from central station by 1 minute which was my mistake and i was suggested to board it from international airport. So, i took uber and reached there in time.
