Being using Murrays bus regularly between Sydney and Canberra since 2019. The deterioration in service particularly post pandemic is evident. I just saw a guy who checks in passengers at Sydney airport yelling/screaming at two female passengers (very likely Chinese International students) for, apparently not following his instructions, to wait in the “standby” line. To me, they looked pretty lost in terms of the language, and didn’t appear at all were trying to purposely not follow the instructions. This is just one example ... read more
