Stunning location, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. My only suggestion would be fencing between the grass areas of apartments so I could leave my door open. But U would definitely stay here again

So pleased with our 2-night stay here. It’s one of the nicest motels we’ve ever stayed in! The rooms feel freshly refurbished and very clean (we had a dog friendly room), the beds are comfortable and have electric blankets, there are nice bathroom amenities and room service offered. The location is perfect, short walking distance to the Murray and the local Royal Pub. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and there’s a pool and communal BBQ. We will definitely be back!!

Delightful spot on the banks of the Murray. Views of the water, sound of the birds, right next to great coffee. 5 minutes from the Barham Shops. We have family in Koondrook so definitely will be back.

Great location in a quiet area with lovely walking tracks near by. Great facilities that were very clean- we even moved the two single beds together for our kids and the floor was sparkling clean underneath! Great playground nearby too. Second level has great view of the Murray River.

This is the newest and nicest motel we have stayed in. The room was a really good size (queen and single) and the bathroom also with a huge shower. It was lovely to be able to sit on the lawn area at the back of the unit with our dog overlooking the serene Murray River. The areas around town / along the river are beautifully kept, green lawns, great play areas, lovingly restored old buildings, almost 150 year old sawmill still operating and a great IGA across the river in Barham. Terrific place to stay.
