I had a disappointing experience at this skating rink due to the attitude of the safety staff. There were no clear signs stating that figure skating moves were not allowed. A safety guard came over to tell me to stop, which I was willing to follow. However, there were other skaters on the ice doing similar moves at the same time. When I pointed this out, the guard said he would speak to them as well, but in the end, only I was addressed while others were not. The rink attendant is not qualified to deal with people, let alone kids, my 11 yo was doing some very basic "figure skating" (she just started a couple of weeks ago, so how much "figure skating" can she actually do). Anyways, I admit we were in the wrong, but the way the attendant address it by yelling a my daughter, was excessive, more so, as a grown up adult you address the matter with the parent not with the kid, the attendant as absolutely no right to yell at a kid.
