The rink attendant is not qualified to deal with people, let alone kids, my 11 yo was doing some very basic "figure skating" (she just started a couple of weeks ago, so how much "figure skating" can she actually do). Anyways, I admit we were in the wrong, but the way the attendant address it by yelling a my daughter, was excessive, more so, as a grown up adult you address the matter with the parent not with the kid, the attendant as absolutely no right to yell at a kid.
