Definitely not recommended. I used to bring my car here and it needed work doing that they knew about and they never contacted me again. They seem to have an interest in certain customers only and will end up messing you about. The owner of this Garage says that he worked for Mercedes Benz many years ago and is knowledgeable about the cars but in reality they don't know their arse from their elbow. All trust from me has gone.
I had a great experience with this garage. John talked me through everything, I got an appointment within 2 weeks, and in the end they delivered a professional and really high standard of work. Would recommend
Best independent Mercedes specialist! Really good at all aspects of Mercedes servicing and also more complicated issues that I have had. As a result I have recommended John to most of my Mercedes driving friends.
