I would give this review 0 stars if I could, When I called I spoke in Spanish the lady who answered me she told me “You can’t speak Spanish here” I then answered in English and she started speaking very negative things about talking in Spanish, I was deeply offended by how this business treats anyone who speaks another language other than English.
You guys are wrong billing elderly people. My parents came for covid-19 test and you guys charged them as new patients. Shame on you. I am trying to resolve this issue from last 3-4 months can anyone help me or do I report this to medical board.
DID A RT-PCR COVID TEST FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELING LAST MINUTE WAS TOLD IF I CAME IN THE SAME DAY BEFORE 10AM ILL BE ABLE TO GET MY RESULTS THAT SAME AFTERNOON. I WAS VERY STRESSED BUT EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND I RECEIVED MY RESULTS IN TIME FOR MY MORNING FLIGHT. STAFF DOES A WONDERFUL JOB AND MAKES SURE YOU HAVE MANY WAYS TO CONTACT THEM EVEN AFTER HOURS. THANK YOU MURRAY MEDICAL WILL BE BACK
