This practice would get a 6 out of 5 from me if it relied solely on my caregiver and supporting staff. But, alas, that's not how any business operates. I absolutely love the care received, but I'm disgusted by the lack of ability to contact anyone unless you're standing in the office. Outside of my visits, I've even had a young lady call me within every 30 days, month after month to see how things are going.
