Finally a small apartment that is affordable and no rifraf.
This my second time stayin here new management really got things under controll. Lot quieter an cleaner now.
The new manager Diana does not do good at answering calls and helping out past or present residents when needing assistance with anything to do with the mail or packages received at the property. Get a p.o. box if you want your packages or mail on time.
The rents to high especially bc low income families live here, it's so unaffordable literally in a matter of 8 months rent went from $260 week up to $300 weekly ,it doesn't have any necessities like wifi a TV a table chairs nothing not even a shower curtain or shower rod, the air conditioner isn't working properly, on a good note the new management has cleaned up the place the rooms are nicer not outside trash everywhere like before, kids aren't running wild , people seem to take better care of their rooms , I do not like ho... read more
