The rents to high especially bc low income families live here, it's so unaffordable literally in a matter of 8 months rent went from $260 week up to $300 weekly ,it doesn't have any necessities like wifi a TV a table chairs nothing not even a shower curtain or shower rod, the air conditioner isn't working properly, on a good note the new management has cleaned up the place the rooms are nicer not outside trash everywhere like before, kids aren't running wild , people seem to take better care of their rooms , I do not like ho... read more
I'd like to here,the rooms are nice the management is awesome Stephanie is amazing..
Been living here for awhile the rooms are clean people are friendly no one bothers you very quiet place to stay Stefanie the lady that works in the office is nice and very friendly
Moved here a year ago its quiet with no problems maintenance is fast to fix things if something goes wrong Stefanie that works in the office is also very friendly and kind
