Great communication, did excellent work. Showed up on time and completed my roof in just one day. Fast easy and painless.
Don't use this company. Their communication stinks. I called one morning to see about having an estimate done on a Saturday morning and was assured they would get back with me that afternoon with the details of the time and they never called back. I called back the afternoon of the next day and had a time set for Saturday and was told they would call when they are on the way. Saturday came and went and not only did they not call, they never showed up. I can't trust them if their communication skills are this horrible.
My roof was recently completed with this company. I was not pleased with the customer service. I was never given any updates unless I reached out to them. All communication was provided via text message and no one ever picked up the phone to call and provide any updates on delays. Even on the day they started on the roof, complete strangers just showed up at my door at 7 am and no one gave us the heads up that anyone would be coming out. Kevin and his team did an amazing job! They installed 16 new Mezzo-double hung, low-e, energy efficient, Argon windows and replaced the wood trim that was damaged on the window frames, and wrapped all of the window frames with beautiful custom metal trim for a good price. Murray Home Improvements recently completed a roof replacement and updates to the exterior of a rental house that I own in Virginia Beach. The exterior updates included cedar scallop removal, vinyl shake siding installation, and vinyl wrapping wood. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. They were accurate with quotes and timelines, made sure to keep me aware of any updates, and kept me in the know when delays were anticipated (understandably, heat was a factor as these were completed during mid July).
