great doctor and staff. they treat you top notch and put your mind at ease. had a colonoscopy and Doctor Ken was super ! A+

I like Dr Pearlman, I think he’s great. He’s done 3 colonoscopies for me over the last decade. The problem is Murray Hill Medical Group has become a nightmare since they were taken over by Optum. I have tried to schedule an appointment and I get lost in an overcomplicated automated answering system that leads nowhere. Time to move on.

This practice is a factory. I can’t express how disappointed and angry I am that hospitals such as NYU and practices like Optum have prioritized profit over the well-being of their patients and running an ethical medical practice. I went in to have a colonoscopy and woke up to very casually and unapologetically being told they had only completed 80% and they they couldn’t get the other 20%. I called his office after hours expecting to speak to his PA (if I was lucky). Instead, he called. Because my phone was not working properly, it took him six tries to get me !
