Very bad management company, no heating in winter, no hot water at night, the sanitation of the building is worrying, and the problem cannot be solved even after calling. There have been multiple water leaks and they have not been solved in time.
Also surprised at all the negative review. Been using Murray Hill as our management company for 11 years now. They helped us turn our building from a -$400K deficit to a +$200k surplus. They may not be the best out there but they always work with you and helped anyway they can to keep cost down. I would highly recommend going with them.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Murray Hill Management for my apt in Flushing NY. They have been consistently unprofessional and always push back on what should be their responsibility. The roof of our building was damaged by Verizon, who leases space from the building. This damage caused the ceiling in my unit to collapse--a serious structural issue. When I contacted the Mingo at Murray Hill Management to repair the ceiling, they refused to take action. The worst worst worst management I ever never see!!!! So unprofessional!!! They need move out deposit fee but never refund the money with no reason. Especially the same move out day, super told me management will not refund the money! Can you believe that’s what they did!!!!! Also, Be careful your personal Information as they not protect it, random people know exactly where I will move to as they ask me the question.
