Be careful when you want to book services with this company. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. We booked an appointment with Scott for 9/12 at 4:30 pm, me and my partner both asked a couple of hours leave from work to drive to Murray Bridge, but we waited until 6pm and no one showed up. Just built a new home in Murray Bridge. Contracted Murray Bridge Heating and Cooling to do the reverse cycle air conditioning. The entire experience was great. Good service, great communication, flexibility and the contractors / trades Adam and Joey di a great job. Site left neat and clean. Highly recommend.
Just installed 1 replacement a/c unit for old reverse cycle and a new unit installed in bedroom. First class service, from the initial Sales contact with Scott who was really helpful in discussing various options and provided a comprehensive quote, to Adam who carried out a very professional installation and spent time providing extensive explanation of operation and functions of units. Excellent service, couldn't ask for better!! The two men that came out and installed the split system were fantastic ( hubby going throu cancer treatment so wasn't feeling the best) they were very respectful and compassionate!!! Definately recommend you guys. Thankyou
