The absolute worst time I’ve had with a dealership. I was trying to buy a car while not being from Estevan, so I was messaging through text. I was continually left on read for 6-8 hours at a time. I understand you can get pretty busy throughout the day but I was sending the texts at 8am, she would read it, and I wouldn’t get an answer until around 3pm for whatever reason. WOW! Neil our salesperson went above and beyond for us in our purchase of our new vehicle. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we were very comfortable with what we were getting and so much more.
