WOW! Neil our salesperson went above and beyond for us in our purchase of our new vehicle. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we were very comfortable with what we were getting and so much more. Excellent customer service...I always bring my vehicle here for servicing. The free car wash is a nice bonus! Also, because i had to work..i dropped my vehicle off and they brought it back to me at work!
Quite frankly won’t be returning to this dealer for anything related to my vehicle. Anytime I come in for issues their service advisors are unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing. Truck was having emissions issues and I was out of town. After driving 500 kms I made it in and they claimed there were no codes and nothing they could do for me. “Advisors” tried assuming he knew what the issues was based on the fact that my truck was dirty after having driven through snow and slop all day.
