Although I didn’t get a mobile appointment can I just say the gentleman I talked to on the phone was very polite and was very helpful he went above and beyond helping me get to where I needed to go. I didn’t use the mobile service this time but I will definitely be using them next time. Either outstanding training for the reception team for the mobile service, or a great person to have in the office!
