My wife and I recently purchased a new vehicle from the Murray Dunn dealership in Nipawin. They were very easy to deal with. They were transparent with their business practices and they worked hard to earn our business. We dealt with Alis, Dennis, and Allie. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family.
Second time dealing with them as I own many GMC trucks bought elsewhere however this time like last time it seemed as though it was a bother for them to help in the service department, bit frustrating as I explained I am on limited kilometers due to an error code. I realize they are busy but I have been to others that we busy and service and attitude were just fine. Its to bad as we typically buy two or three vehicles for our business every couple years, with that kind of service we will look elsewhere
My husband and I bought a new suv 2 years ago. When we went to pick up our vehicle they were just rushing is out the door and the vehicle wasn't full of fuel it had just over half a tank which was a little irritating but whatever. And now today my husband went in to talk about buying a used truck and no one helped him. He was inside for 5 minutes waiting for someone to help but no one came. I found the staff here to be friendly and accommodating. They got right to my needs and were very helpful in getting into a car that fits me. Some dealers try to tailor your needs to the cars they have on the lot. Not these people! Right from the top down, they see every client as an individual with unique wants and needs. They will find the car that fits you! If they don't have it then they know where to find it. Thanks, Trevor Ally, and Lyall!
