It's been a couple of months since I brought my car in for a warranty claim and service, and it still bothers me. Firstly, the warranty claim itself was handled fine. The work was done properly and promptly. However, the standard service that they charged us for wasn't done. They didn't check or balance the tires. We paid for the tires to be rotated, and they didn't. I recently went to have a part replaced on my GMC truck which I purchased from Murray GM in Abbotsford. They made no effort to find me the part instead we had to replace for $800 . We found the exact part online for $40 very poor customer service.Won’t go there again
