I came here for an oil change I was given a gift card when I bought my car. I made an appointment for just an oil change when I arrived gave my keys to the service guy he tells me at least 3 hrs to do an oil change how dumb are they. Then he tells me I'm due for other things I would have to put up a tent in the parking lot to let them do anything else. Bought a used truck from Murray and drove home to the island. As soon as I got home and started to drive residential streets with the windows down I realized there was a metal clunking sound from the front tire. Had to bring it to the ford dealer in town; when Murray replaced the tires they had left the old sensor in the tire. Dont go there. They do not want your business. The service department is the worst.
I brought my truck in for service after I had the audacity to change my own battery. I had a check engine code and looked it up just a simple fuse override that needed to be deleted at gm. I took it in as I had some other work that needed to be done on the headlight (we will get to that later). They made up some Bs about a actuator in the radiator. I looked it up it doesn't exist.
