Murray gm in merritt saved our long weekend! We stopped in on a Friday afternoon with an alternator problem and Lori Ann was the best!! She is kind, understanding and did everything she could to get us back on the road. Gave us a rental to continue on and arranged to have my vehicle ready for Tuesday. Marcos was so incredibly kind and helpful when I ran into an issue with my car while driving the Coquihalla over the BC Day long weekend. The customer service was exceptional and I was able to sit inside the showroom while my vehicle cooled down before carrying on to my destination. Murray GM saved our vacation! We had low brake pads, warped rotors and unable to continue our travel back to the west coast from Kelowna. The team at the Merritt location did everything they could to get us back on the road, sourcing parts for my Hyundai Accent and ensuring we were back on the highway in a few hours.
