I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a truck in June and had electrical issues with my vehicle on the drive home from the dealership. The dealership would not replace or exchange the truck and also acted like they had no idea what was wrong with the vehicle. After two visits to have the vehicle repaired under warranty the vehicle is still not repaired and they finally admitted this issue was a large problem with these new GM vehicles. Very disappointing experience with a dishonest dealer.
Super big lot, lots selection and friendly service. Located at the Automall. Nice they offer free credit check without affecting your credit score. Like their updated EV Bolt model, it's about time.
I had a great experience at Murray GM in Abbotsford this week! The service team was exceptional from start to finish and to my surprise they washed my truck and vacuumed the interior. Great changes made by Stuart, their new GM! I Will definitely be back for my next oil change and regular maintenance.
Honestly, I had a great experience purchasing a truck from this store. I found a truck for my dad, I got the test drive set up for us to take it home for a few hours and make sure we really like the truck. They gave us a great deal on the vehicle & we were in and out doing paperwork and insurance under an hour. Very pleasant and no pressure experience, very happy how well it went getting a truck for my Dad who's had bad experiences prior.
The service department was amazing, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend
