Bought a used truck from Murray and drove home to the island. As soon as I got home and started to drive residential streets with the windows down I realized there was a metal clunking sound from the front tire. Had to bring it to the ford dealer in town; when Murray replaced the tires they had left the old sensor in the tire. Contacted Murray, provided them the invoice to remove the sensor ($200), they said they would reimburse me, told me the cheque was in the mail, and months later and multiple reminder I’ve still not bee... read more
Recently bought a Cadillac Optiq from Murray GM. Wayne Nelson looked after us very well. He was friendly, personable and competent. I can recommend him without reservation.
Purchased a used car. Did not even make the first payment and the car ended up in the shop with several problems. None of them covered under warranty. There are problems that should have been noted before the car was sold. Basically stuck with a lemon that I can't afford to repair.
I have dealt with some so crappy dealerships "BW", and I would like to say Murray is the one and only place to buy a vehicle. The sales team is awesome (my guy Wayne Neilson) the best. They treat you with respect and they don't push you into something you don't need or want. They get you what you want and will do their best to get you in that car. Jean and Cam were 5 star to deal with. Helpful and went the extra mile to make things a smooth and great experience. My fastest and most enjoyable dealership experience to date. Great team and family environment with the knowledge to make things happen. Love my new truck and will go back if and when I need another one. If I lived closer, I would be taking my truck to get services there, but I don’t unfortunately.
