Excellent service. My mother was having truck problems. They did full work up on truck and solved the problem within a day. Nathan was much help. Family owned dealership.
I had a wonderful experience buying my Terrain at Murray GM Penticton. Tyran, Nicholas and Landan were super nice, very knowledgeable, answered my many questions, and did not pressure me to decide. Negotiation of the purchase price was fair, and further information was provided about the features on various buttons and levers, and a warranty. Overall, the service was excellent and I highly recommend them.
We travelled from Saskatchewan to Penticton. However, we quickly had vehicle issues and visited Murray GMC in Penticton. We were greeted by friendly, helpful staff (Dave). We needed some warranty work done as the engine light was on. We also had cabin heat issues! Murray GMC provided a loaner vehicle and fixed our warranty issues (engine light on) and lack of heat issue by replacing our malfunctioning thermostat. Impressive service and friendly staff!!
