I had an excellent experience at the dealership last Monday when I brought in my vehicle for a transmission fluid flush, coolant flush, and wheel alignment. We were greeted by Greg right away and taken in promptly. David, the service manager, was very helpful — he checked on us several times to make sure everything was going smoothly and kept us updated on the progress of the work. We bought a vehicle here about a year ago (used Acadia a few years old, best price I could find), and unfortunately it’s been in and out of the shop ever since. For the service at first, the team was really helpful, they even arranged to pick up and drop off the car in Kelowna, which we appreciated. My truck broke down in 35 degree heat, one of my kids was sick from heat stroke. I called Murray GMC Penticton, the owner just happened to answer phone before closure, he came to us within minutes with a brand new loaner truck. Let me take my family back to campground , had my truck towed to his dealership, fixed the next day. Never had this service and people that actually cared .
