I was at this pub for an hr and a half my ph and bank card was stolen . The manager and staff didn’t care and showed no empathy or care . Disappointed and disgusted the manager was next level . When asking for help she hung up the phone because it was to hard for her to check the cctv herself
some good staff beside when in just having a casual conversation with the bar staff and the manager butts in and says “do you just come here to bother the staff” which I thought was a joke until a sturn look, as if I haven’t bought food and drinks from there and done gaming. Bit of a joke I think especially when I’m the only one at the bar and spending money. Quickly left after that and won’t be spending money any time soon cheers. this is the second bad experience with "Ellen" which is just putting me off honestly
