This review is for the service department. I have purchased my last two vehicles new from Murray’s and have nothing but good stuff to say about them. The service department however could use some lessons from sales maybe. I had taken my truck in for front end work and an oil change. I knew the work was going to be $ and got a quote pretty quick, please proceed. Parts these days are slow to come and I was prepared for that, but when you phone a place and ask what the status of your vehicle is and get ‘yes, he will give you a ... read more

We had the pleasure of dealing with your sales man Mike today. We absolutely loved working with him, although we ended up purchasing a Chevy. He never made us feel pressured and he was open and honest with the information on the truck and putting a good deal on the table for us to consider during our truck purchase.
