Well a bit of a shock after taking in our Jeep Compass to get some diagnosis work done on it recently, the service was easy and great to deal with and informative about issues. But on the bad side our jeep wouldn't start but started a day later odd eh. So after saying I replace the parts myself and paid the bill. I went over to replace the battery in our fob. Bought a brand new jeep grand Cherokee from this place just over a year ago it only has 15k kilometres on it and it’s been in a dealership 5th time since last 2.5 month, due to some issues which I am pretty sure they can’t even figure it out, worst part is my vehicle had been last time towed 6 weeks ago due to same repeated issue but since than I never got any updates on it, don’t know if they have my vehicle or not imagine paying 80k for the vehicle and you can’t even drive it or can’t even trust that this issue will not ha... read more
Edit (Jan/26): They did their own safety on the car, and of course nothing major was found, but they did have to replace a windshield wiper which we had to replace six months later, so because of that, I'm changing my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. Got a push from Google to leave a review. Wasn't going to, because the experience was super average at best, so figured nothing really to great say, but Google keeps bugging me, so here it is.
