I came in with a shimmy in my Jeep after doing my own tire rotation. While I had to wait my turn, Chuck got it taken care of with balance machine. It drives so much better. I don't know about any of this rude stuff. Chuck was super nice and professional to me and the guy paying up in front of me. And you'll get better service at Leo's???? Tell that to my mother. She'll laugh.
Stopped to check on price of a trailer tire. He came out got the tire out of my truck. I asked how much for a new one. He told me how much it would be. I explained I had gotten a price across the road and it was a lot less. I was thinking he might say he could do a little better or why not. Instead he reach over to my tire pushed it at me and said then go there rudely. I wouldn’t cross the street again to walk into this shop at Murray’s. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR BUSINESS. This guy is so rude! I Can't believe the way a business owner treats other locals and local business owners and out of towners. He Will not communicate and will swear at you. Go to Leo's Auto, he is wayyy better and very nice he will bend over backwards for you and his prices are more reasonable.
Chuck goes above and beyond the expectations of Customer Service. He is a wonderful guy and is very reasonable with his pricing.
Ordered two tires for a pickup. They couldn’t get the truck into their shop because of the height of the load in the back. They wouldn’t let us unload it and reload it when the tires replaced so we paid for the tires and went to a repair shop capable of removing a tire with a jack. We were charged a disposal fee because “it was built into their system “ and evidently they can’t do math either. I guess we paid $514 bucks to learn where to do business.
