I called them and told them my name and the name of my restaurant, saying that I needed an electrician because all the lights in the dining room of my restaurant had gone out for no reason and I wanted someone to fix it. But they hung up on me. Then I called again and they told me not to call them anymore. If I didn't explain myself clearly, they still shouldn't have hung up on me and told me not to call them.

Julio is the best! He’s worked on our 100 yr old house many times—we had to update in phases, and Julio always finds a way to get wires where they need to be without tearing into the lath and plaster walls and woodwork.

Called multiple times and steadily saying they will get to me. It was only one person ahead of me the first time I called and two weeks later still......... nothing. Don't not waste your time!
