Very nice
I had new windows installed in Novemeber 2018 by Murphys. Windows are great but Murphys did not pay the sub contractor and I've received notice that the sub contractor is now putting a lien on my home to cover their expenses. Which means I will have to pay for a lawyer now to try and get Murphys to pay their sub contractors, even though I paid in full at the time of services. I am disgusted by the customer service at Murphy's. We thought we ordered a new dining room window from them in October 2018 only to find out they "forgot" to order it. After sending someone out to measure unannounced and taking a cash deposit in November, we have yet to hear about the status of our window. My wife and I have made many phone calls over the past 6 weeks, leaving many messages, without one return phone call or answer.
