Jeff was recommended to me by a good friend for a pool heater I was having issues with. He went above and beyond to help me with my situation which was a bad one! Needless to say, he got me out of that situation and all with the utmost honest and transparent information and advice. Can’t say enough positive things about these guys. Incredibly responsive, helpful, fair and honest. Started working with them after Ian, and will continue to work with them as long as they’re in the area. They sold us a system that works well and when we’ve had a problem with it (pool systems are historically temperamental in the summer because of the extreme heat) they went out of their way to make sure we had a solution and a working pool. These guys are jokes. They have tried to bash multiple pool companies trying to push their business on people. I have had multiple clients send me texts and messages of them doing this. They even cancel people when another company comes in and does the work. They should stick with what they know and that’s cleaning pools, but even then my clients said it’s a piss poor job.
