I ❤️ Alphapet! Biscuit has been lovingly and professionally groomed and cared for by the team at Alphapet Port Melbourne since he was a puppy. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, they offer a full range of services and a great environment for social dogs to play together. Biscuit always looks so handsome after his groom and is tired from having so much fun. Forget the rest, Alphapet is the best! 🐾
Beware - disgusting and distressing grooming service on toy poodle. I informed staff pre service that i do not want any shaving and i wish to pick my boy up unshaved to receive his coat fully gone. I have been going for years and they know how to cut my dog so i was appalled to see him cut so poorly. They shaved so vigorously that he has cuts on his legs and is in pain. It was my first time bringing my dog here for grooming, and the staff were super attentive. After the bath, my dog’s fur was smooth and fluffy, and he didn’t feel nervous at all! I’ll definitely come back again.
