Unfortunately you can't call this place 'groomers' as they don't know the first thing about grooming. They can wash a small easy dog , charge $200 for it and that's about it :((( Sad how places like this exist!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was astonishing. Within ten minutes of dropping off my dog, I received a call to pick her up because the groom might take a bit longer than expected. I offered to pay extra for the additional time. I was told the groomers prefer “easier” dogs and focus on volume, so taking longer appointments isn’t worthwhile. That says a lot about priorities. If your pet requires even a little extra care, I’d look elsewhere.

Booked in, arrived on time, handed over my dog; then, ten minutes later, I’m asked to come straight back. The reason? They didn’t want to groom her since it could take longer than anticipated. I politely offered to cover any extra cost. The response made it clear they prioritize quick, simple grooms because it’s more profitable. Turning away a customer after check-in for that reason is incredibly disappointing. Not recommended.

It was the first time I brought my dog for nails clipping today, I'm very disappointed with the service. The groomer was unprofessional and didn't know what to do even the nails are white and transparent. She cut the quicks and my dog bleed for sure. My little dog was shivering after the service. I saw some clodding powder on the tips of the nails. My dog must be hurting so much. They didn't even tell me the accident. I called them 3 times after but no answer. It is the worst pet grooming service.

Extremely disappointed and concerned with my experience at this grooming salon. When my mum picked my dog up, he was visibly shaken and in clear pain. Upon closer inspection, she discovered his nails had been cut so short that he was bleeding. The groomers’ handling of the situation was even more disturbing. Firstly, there was no acknowledgment of the mistake at the time of pickup, and when I tried to follow up, my calls were repeatedly ignored despite being placed during business hours.
