Very difficult to make contact with. TOA shouldn't recommend a business to aid in an injury if they can't respond to your needs in due time.
Murphy's does an awesome job of taking care of my needs. I only wish they were able to expand their practice to accept new patients because I'm told by my doctor that they're not accepting new patients and there aren't a lot of businesses left like theirs.
If you expect customer service and communication of any type, this is not the place for you. How they stay in business defies logic.
