Had my RV washed and cleaned by them. The roof looked as though it had not been touched, an there were a number of areas of built up debris that was not cleaned off. When I contacted the office to voice my concerns, I got a curt reply, that all she could do was pass along my concerns. An email to Mark went unanswered.
My husband called Murphy's about an electrical problem we had with our camper. After a short phone conversation with Scott, he was able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone and fix our problem. Great service. Called Scott because when I fired up my furnace something was not right. Smelled like something died and was burning. They came removed thr furnace, inspected all the ductwork. Cleaned the furnace. Tested it outside the camper and burnt off what ever was on the exchanger. Cleaned the entire area and then reinstalled. Works perfect and no burning smell anymore. This was the first time I used Scott and his guys and I would highly recommend. Very professional and clean.

We were camped at Devil's Lake & when we tried to break camp on Sunday the levelers would not retract. My roadside assistance got me in touch with Scott & they came & found how to manually retract them. He spent time explaining the leveling system in case we encounter it again.
Scott and Mark did a great job the plumbing problem with my trailer we were in the Dells they came down and help on crack of a whip.
